Don't believe it.

Why would a hospital or clinic decide to hire strangers, sometimes thousands of miles away, to perform medical billing, when it would be much cheaper to have sophisticated computer systems and full-time professionals manage their paperwork?

The reason is they want to lure you with the promise of a great story, and get you to pay them up front. They require you to buy their specialized software, or training, in order to do work at home medical billing. Then, when you get frustrated and call for answers or a refund, the promoters are nowhere to be found.

It's another case of a great-sounding opportunity, spun using the most reassuring language, all designed to get your money up front.

You should be able to look up any potential opportunity.

If the company you are considering is too new to be listed, that's a danger sign. If it's not listed at all, that is also a danger sign. You should only spend your time and money with established organizations that are well-known in business circles. And you definitely should not have to spend any money to get started with work at home medical billing.
