If MLM Is A Game, Here Are The Rules! How
I Build My MLM Business Backwards! You run a specific ad about your program promoting your product or pay plan. Or, you gather your family around the kitchen table or living room and hope they put away the beer long enough or turn Monday Night Football off for 15 minutes to hear your spiel... That, is what I call building your MLM "frontwards". Nothing wrong with it--I still do it that way at times but 99% of my focus is building my MLM program "BACKWARDS". Here's how I do it: 1)
Give away as many Free MLM Newsletters as I can. That's it. I "pitch" or "tell" my prospects about my Main MLM program last, or #4. I call it "running the bases". Imagine a baseball diamond. You know, home plate, first, second and third bases. Go ahead and grab a pen and draw home,first,second and third bases out on a piece of paper. Yes, it's okay to do it now. Next
to home plate write, "Free MLM Newsletter" You see the way I run my MLM business is simple. I get up in the morning, pour a cup of coffee, add my cinnamon-hazelnut creamer and check my e-mail and check my voice mail. I then go to the "MLM Diamond" and start my day. You see, I went to college on a Baseball scholarship and I coached American Legion baseball for 5 years. I love the game. Want a great nap on Sunday afternoon? Put on the Braves or Mets--guaranteed to knock you out by the 5th inning!!! All kidding aside, I really do go to the "MLM Ballpark" everyday of my life. I love it. I treat my MLM like a "game". And, if MLM is a game, here are the rules: Rule #1--More people are willing to get something FREE than they are willing to join on Auto-Ship with you today in your main MLM program. Rule #2--More people are willing to buy information in the form of a book or tape from you than they are willing to join Auto-Ship with you today in your main MLM program. Rule #3--More people are willing to buy MLM leads from you today than they are willing to join your main MLM program with you. Rule #4--More people have lost money than have made money in MLM before. That makes your job tough if you are going to simply "pitch" the same old process of joining a MLM the way they have before. If they failed at MLM before with the "frontwards" process before they are more likely to fail at it again "frontwards". Rule #5--Building your MLM "backwards" not only finances your cost of doing business by selling books, tapes and leads to your prospects, it also builds a relationship with your prospects over several months. And, this relationship is what will make you money in the long run with your main MLM program when they finally say, "Hey what MLM are you in?" Rule #6--The sooner you stop "selling" MLM and start "recommending" the MLM backwards process to your prospects the sooner you'll start realizing a positive cash flow in your MLM business. Rule #7--More people respond to a generic "Free MLM Newsletter" ad than respond to a specific "Hey look at my great products and highest paying pay plan" ad. Rule #8--If you don't "score" any runs at your MLM ballpark you don't win--period. The object of the MLM ballgame is to score runs. You score runs with people--lots of them. I've yet to be paid a commission for sponsoring products or pay plans.Products and pay plans don't pay me residuals--people do.The more people you get to your "MLM Ballpark" the more chances you have of scoring a run. The more runs you score the more money you make. Rule #9--You need leads--tons of them. The more leads you "feed" to your MLM System (like your Profit Network URL) the more runs you score. If you're relying on JUST your warm market family and friends approach prepare for some long boring, low scoring games in your near future. Rule #10--The more people you share this sytem with the more people you'll sponsor in your main MLM program. Face the facts. More people LOSE money than MAKE money in MLM. There is great pain and agony in many homes today. Discussing MLM at the dinner table is against the "code" at many households today. Running the bases and building your MLM backwards to your prospects offers a "new" perspective to MLM. Use it. It has worked for me for 12 years now--and it will work another 12. Those are the "rules" to my MLM Game. I call them "Robert's Rules!" I take my MLM programs seriously--just like I did baseball. When I walked across that while chalk line I put my "game face" on. When I read my e-mail and make my phone calls I have my "MLM game face" on as well. But, I also like to have FUN! I know I can't take my TV with me when I leave this place and I know I can't take my money in my IRA with me either. But, what I can do is leave a legacy when I go. I am going to leave a six-figure+ income residual check for my family to use as they wish when I leave this world. I am going to teach others my "MLM Game" and have them play it with their families all over the country. Hundreds and even thousands may play the game because I taught them how to "do" MLM backwards. Interesting, isn't it. Kind of like the saying: "You can't say anything right to the wrong person" & "You can't say anything wrong to the right person" Just by moving one word in a sentence the whole meaning changes, doesn't it! And, just by putting your MLM car in reverse out of the driveway instead of flooring it and crashing into your garage by going forward, you will find your way to the MLM Highway much easier--and in one piece. There is little traffic on the extra mile. There is little competition building your MLM backwards. Hey,
everyone has a two-level compressed deal now. But, not everyone builds their MLM backwards. I do. I make money. So should you. Come on over to my MLM Ballpark. I have

entry into my "Ball Park": I used to go to the little league park all the time when I was 8. I went alone. It was across the street from me. I ran the bases until Dad cupped his hands together at dark and yelled "Robert--dinner is ready--come home"! How I miss those care free days at times. No bills, no headaches no whining people calling me, no problems at all. The only problem I had when I was 8 is that I had to go to sleep at night--and I never could! I kept dreaming of being Mickey Mantle or Johnny Bench. I kept dreaming of Brooks Robinson and Boog Powell. I pretended
to be them for years in my mind. Now, I'm using that same "game" I played when I was 8 to feed my family and have the time of my life. Remember, your TIME is irreplaceable. Money is replaceable. What you "Think" you eventually get. If you don't "want" something, don't focus or "think" about it all the time. If you DO want something in your life, "focus" or "think" about it and ON IT all the time--eventually, the universe will reward you with your thoughts. The universe rewarded me with a College Baseball scholarship because I constantly thought positively towards the game. The universe brought me money in MLM because I constantly focused on the industry in a postive way. That my friend is the game of life! What you think you get. Your mind is a magnet. The moving of mountains with the "faith of a mustard seed" starts with a thought, in my humble opinion--not with your biceps! You
can "Move MLM Mountains" with your mind. My time as an 8 year old running and stealing 2nd with nobody but the neighbors peaking out the curtains saying "there goes that Blackman kid again--playing ball by himself", was the greatest time of my life. Now, today I play the "MLM Game" all day long. I'm
8 again. But, there is one thing for sure. When I'm 98, God willing, I'll still be running the MLM bases in my head and in my heart. Have a day and don't forget to spend some special time with your family. Turn off the TV, the radio and the computer. They deserve your TIME today--not tomorrow. Sincerely,
