How To Maintain Your Downline So That You're
Guaranteed A Monthly Income! One
thing for sure In MLM that that as soon as you start building your
downline, you'll have people dropping out every month! Regardless
of how good your company is, how good the products are, or how good
your recruiting system is, it's bound to happen! Get Over It! People
will dropout of your program for various reasons! However, here are some things that you need to do to maintain your downline so that you'll make money! 1) Continue To Sponsor New People. It is obvious that you need a massive sponsoring and/or recruiting machine or system that is turn key! I like the term plug & play ! Failure to do this will result in the death of your MLM Business! 2) Stay In Constant Contact With Your Downline! E-Mail a newsletter to your downline weekly/monthly & have all members in your downline forward a copy to members of their downline. With E-mail, this is very easy & cost effective! Set up a voice mail hotline, so that members of your downline can hear from you! People get jittery when they feel like they are all alone in their program! Make sure that all members in your downline have ways to get in contact with you; i.e. telephone number, fax, & e-mail! Plug downline members into a live conference call or on a three-way call to upline members! It's nice to know that other people, just like yourself, are also working the program! Your downline wants and needs to hear from you. By sharing your personal experiences and keeping your downline informed of what is working and what hasn't, you'll find that many people will start to look forward to hearing from you each month. This is an excellent tool in helping you maintain your organization. Especially if you have several hundred or even several thousands in your downline. 3)When People Dropout Of Your Downline, Call Them And Find Out Why They Dropped Out. Please offer a word of encouragement and offer a helping hand! Compassionate Marketing! Remember this. Quitting is easy. But, it takes a purposeful person to stick it out when things don't seem to be going as planned. Those who are successful in MLM have learned one very important lesson: If you drop out you don't make residual income! Stay in long enough to see your money and time investment pay off. 4) Set Quotas For The Leaders In Your Downline. 5) Call Those Who Don't Purchase Any Products. A person in your downline that doesn't purchase products is only one month away from dropping out of your program! Be a "responsible sponsor" try not to let anyone fall through the cracks! But...it will happen! Some people will refuse to buy products! 6)Build In Depth To 'Lock-In' Your Organization Depending upon your pay plan, building in depth will always help lock-in your downline. I always work hard at the deepest point of every leg. It's important to work in depth in order to insure that your 'system' is being duplicated properly. If your downline on your 5th level is using the same system of recruiting that you are then you're in good shape. If they aren't, then you're going to have some trouble--unless their system is working better than yours! Oh ... make sure that your marketing/sponsoring/recruiting system is level blind ! What that means is this: Regardless of what level a person is on in your downline, that person can get the same systems for training & recruiting as the people that are on your frontline! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Want
