Even better, you don't have to hang around outside, watching people paw over your goods! Just check the status of your items online whenever you want.

2. You can sell other people's stuff for them, and make money.
After you sell once or twice on Ebay, you'll realize how easy it is, but your friends might still be hesitant about trying it themselves. You can sell their items and work out some kind of payment that's acceptable to you both.
